1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 finely chopped or grated onion
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredeints and roll into 1 1/2" balls. Brown in butter and a little amount of water. Let simmer until ready to serve.

Note to Nona from Grandma Olson: Good with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes and then make a milk gravy from the dripping or juice from meatballs.
