1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
3/4 of low fat sour cream
1/2 (or 1 full; it's your preference) chopped green pepper
spaghetti noodles (enough to feed four people)
shredded mozzarella
1 lb hamburger or sausage browned
butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil noodles, drain, toss with butter then place in a lasagna dish, top with butter and let cool.

2. Mix peppers, cottage cheese, sour cream and toss in some salt and pepper for extra flavoring. Spread mixture over the top of the noodles.

3. Brown meat and drain the fat. Add in the spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Pour one rate top of the green pepper mixture.

4. Top with mozzarella.

5. Put in oven (uncovered) for 30 minutes at 350º (the cheese will let you know when it's finished).

We made this recipe so much the two had to take a break from it for almost a year! It's so good! My Grandma Kiefaber made it for us one time (with hamburger) and she gave us the recipe. We usually make it with sausage.
