4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Favorite toppings.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 glass dish or a cast iron pan in the oven while making rest of batter. Beat eggs lightly, add flour and salt to form a stiff dough. Slowly add milk to make a thin batter. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour batter into pan. Do not stir once in pan. Bake at 375 to 400º for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
