1 (29 oz) can of apricots drained & finely cut (save juice)
1 (29 oz) can of crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
2 boxes orange jello
3/4 Cup mini marshmallows (opt.)

Topping:
1/2 C sugar 2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp flour 1 C whipping cream whipped
1 egg slightly beaten
1 C combined juice 3/4 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chill fruit, saving juice. Dissolve jello in 2 C boiling water and add 1 C combined fruit juice. Chill until slightly jelled. Fold in fruit and marsmallows. Chill in 11x7x2 pan.

Topping:

Combine sugar & flour; blend in beaten egg. Gradually add the other cup of juice. Cook over low heat until thickened. Stirring constantly, remove from heat, stir in butter, cool; fold in whipped cram and spread over chilled jello layer.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top
