6 slices of white bread, coarsely torn into pieces
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and crumbled and when done drain off fat.
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 medium eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease 9x13" baking pan or casserole dish. Place bread in bottom of pan; sprinkle crumbled sausage over the bread, then sprinkle the cheese over the sausage.

BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl with a wire whisk. Pour over bread mixture.

BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until mixture is set in center and lightly browned.
