2/3 cup Bisquick
1-1/2 tsp paprika
1-1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
21/2 to 3 1/2 lb fryer chicken cup up

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Melt butter in rectangular pan 9x13. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken skin sides down in pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done about 15 minutes more.
