Chocolate Wafer Crust:
1/3 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
2 table White Sugar

Chocolate Filling:
4 large Eggs
4 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 1/2 cups White Sugar
1 cup Cocoa
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 tea Vanilla
1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries (Well drained and Finely Chopped)

Topping:
1 9oz Canned Cherry Pie Filling
1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 table Sugar
1/2 tea Vanilla

Chocolate Wafer Crust:
Melt butter in a medium sause pan. Stir in wafer crumbs and sugar. Press in bottom of 10 inch spring-form pan. Let it cool.

Chocolate Filling:
Beat cream chees and sugar together well in a mixing bowl. Mix in cocoa. Beat in the eggs one at a time on a slow speed. Add cream and vanilla. Beat slowly. Fold in Cherries. pour over chilled crust. Bake in 325 degrees F oven for about 1 hour and 15 mins. (Sides will be done but the center will wobble if shaken). Place on a rack to cool. Immediately after taken out of the oven run a knife around the edge. So the cake will settle evenly without cracking. Cool Completely!!

Topping:
Spread cherry pie filling on cooled cake using as much as you like. melt chocolate chips, (stirring often) over low heat until smooth. Drizzle or pipe over filling. Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla on small mixing bowl until stiff (using blender). Pipe or spoon around outside edge. Chill until ready to eat (serves about 12)
