24 - 36 corn tortillas cut into quarters
2 lbs. Gouda or Havarti cheese, grated
1 cup lean ham, diced
olive oil
Sour cream, guacamole, sliced jalapenos, and salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat heavy skillet with two inches of olive oil. Add tortillas and cook until crisp. Drain chips on a paper towel. Place in an oven proof dish. Cover chips with ham and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and sliced jalapenos. Serve with your favorite salsa.
