1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 Cup chopped onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Cups shredded cheese (we use cheddar)
1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
8 flour or corn tortillas (we prefer flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions and garlic, then drain fat.
Add all ingredients through pepper, heat through.
Grease and pour a small amount of enchilada sauce in a 9x13 pan (or slightly smaller). Roll beef filling in tortillas and place in pan. Cover with enchilada sauce. I do not use all the enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, then top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream!!
