5 - 6 lb. fully cooked ham
24 cloves
2 t. finely shredded orange peel
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
4 t. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Score ham by making diagonal cuts in diamond pattern. Stud with cloves. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in 325 oven until meat thermometer registers 125.

Glaze:
In a medium pan combine orange juice, peel, brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Brush ham with glaze. Bake 20 or 30 minutes more or until thermometer registers 135. Let stand 15 minutes before carving. Serve with remaining glaze.
