1 can pork-n-beans
Pork chops
salt and pepper
1 - 2 T. brown sugar (per chop)
catsup
onion slices
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pour beans into baking dish. Arrange chops on top of beans. Top each chop with: salt and pepper, a thin layer of mustard, 1-2 T. brown sugar, and catsup to cover.. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Place slice of onion on each chop (except Angie's!) and add a few drops of lemon juice to onion. Bake 15 minutes more.
