Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken OR chicken breasts (cooked in chicken broth)
Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery)
1 12-oz. pkg. egg noodles (or make your own)

Dumplings:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tblsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with vegetables until done, then add noodles and cook until almost tender. Mix dry ingredients, then make well in center. Add milk and oil and stir just to moisten. Drop by spoonful directly onto chicken in boiling broth. COVER TIGHTLY and DON'T PEEK. Reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 min.
