1 ½ c. Evaporated Milk
1 ½ C. Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
½ c. Butter
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ c. Coconut
½ c. Pecans Chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, egg and butter in pan.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium for 12 minutes. Take off heat.

Add vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Stirring constantly until cool.
