1 C. Flour
1 pkg Almond Frosting Mix
1.5 tsp. Ginger
1/2 C. Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Cups Marshmallows
1 can Pumpkin
1 T. Molasses
1 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream Softened

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Stir and bake another 5 to 10 minutes and remove 1.5 cups from pan. Pat remaining crumbs in pan and let cool.

In saucepan over low heat, combine remaining ingredients (pumpkin mixture) except ice cream.
Heat, until marshmallows are melted cool to lukewarm.

Spoon ice cream into pumpkin mixture and stir until marbled. Pour over crumbs and top with remaining crumb mixture.

Freeze 3-6 hours.
