2 sheets heavy duty foil
Dry Rub:
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1-3 T. salt
1 T. chili powder
1 T black pepper
1/2 t. ground allspice
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. celery salt
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. ground cumin

3 pounds pork ribs
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. barbecue sauce of choice (we use Sweet Baby Rays)

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium. combine ingredients for dry rub and sprinkle over ribs. rub into meat, turning to coat ribs evenly. Wrap ribs in foil adding 1/4c of water, leaving room for heat circulation inside. ( we use a foil pan and cover with foil - much easier). Grill 45-60 minutes in covered grill. Remove ribs from foil and place on grill. Brush with barbeque sauce. Continue grilling 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
