2 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 or 3 green onions
chopped ham
sliced mushrooms
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
cooked rice
2 eggs
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 T. oil in a large pan or wok. Stir fry carrots and continue adding other ingredients until all are tender crisp. Lower heat and 2 c. cooked rice. Add 2 scrambled eggs and soy sauce to taste.

I have made this substituting chicken, pork or shrimp for the ham, and adding lots of different vegetables.
