Ingredients:  
3 1/2 - 4 lbs. chuck roast or beef round
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups water
6 carrots
6 potatoes, quartered
1 big onion
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Place chuck roast in frying pan with oil and brown both sides.
2.) Place all vegetables and chuck roast in a cooking bag.
3.) Mix Cream of Mushroom soup, water and Lipton Onion Soup mix.
4.) Pour over veggies and chuck roast. Add the oil from the frying pan as well.
5.) Cook at 350º for 2.5 hours.
