Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 tea bags
2 quarts water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 pinch baking soda
Ice to fill the pitcher

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by bringing the water to a simmer. Turn off the heat and remove it from the burner. Add the tea bags and allow to steep for at least 20 minutes (Longer will be stronger brewed tea). Put the sugar and pinch of baking soda in a large pitcher. Once tea is done steeping, gently squeeze the bags as you remove them from the water and then pour the water over the sugar/baking soda in the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and then add enough ice to fill the pitcher being careful to not dilute the tea to much. You want a warm amber color to your tea! Serve over ice or use to make an Arnold Palmer. Use lemon wedges if desired.
