4 6 ounce skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 cup lump crabmeat
12 asparagus spears
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups shredded provel cheese
2 cups chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup sherry wine
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
4 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter

SAUCE:
Bring to a boil chicken stock, garlic, lemon juice, sherry wine.
In another pot, melt butter.
When butter is melted, add flour to make roux.
Add roux to boiling ingredients, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low.
Add shredded provel, black pepper, mushrooms and crabmeat.

CHICKEN BREASTS:
Salt and pepper chicken breasts, dredge in flour and sauté.
Cook asparagus.

TO SERVE:
Place chicken breasts on platter, lay 3 asparagus spears on top of breasts.
Ladle sauce over top of each chicken serving.
