2 pounds of baby carrots
2 tbsp.. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add carrots and melted butter to slow cooker, toss to coat. In separate bowl mix brown sugar, ginger, salt and cinnamon. Cook carrots for3 hours on high. After the 3 hours Sprinkle Cinnamon/ brown sugar mix over carrots. Continue to cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.Enjoy
