2 lemons

Directions:
Baby Back Ribs:
Put your rub on the ribs, grill with the front and middle burner on medium and the back burner on high for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown. Cut into serving pieces and put in a sprayed cake pan. Bake at 275º for about 3 hours, watch you may want to turn down the oven to 250º. Pour barbecue sauce on the last 15 minutes; your oven should be at 250º with the sauce on them. You can even leave the sauce off and let everyone just add their own.

Country Style Ribs:
Season with salt and pepper or a rub on the ribs. Place the ribs in a sprayed cake pan. Place slices of the lemons on top of the ribs. Cover. Roast @ 250º for 3 hours or until tender. Drain ribs and discard lemon. Baste with barbecue sauce. Bake at 250º until sauce is hot about 15 to 20 minutes
