1/4 CUP SHORTENING
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 TEAS. VANILLA
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG
1 CUP FLOUR

FILLING
1 3/4 CUPS CREAM
1/2 SUGAR
4 EGGS
1 TBS. FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening, butter, vanilla, sugar, 1 egg and 1 cup flour with mixer.
Put into a 9x13 pan.
Add a layer of fruit: peaches, pears or apricots etc.
Mix together filling ingredients.
Pour over fruit.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350 degree for 30-40 minutes, or until knife inserted knife comes out clean.
