6 slices of white bread
2 1-lb pkgs of sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 oz. grated or sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. half & half
4 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 greased pan, layer bottom with the bread slices. Cook and drain the sausage and sprinkle over the bread. Evenly place cheese over the sausage.

In a small bowl mix together the milk, half & half, eggs, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour liquid over the bread, sausage, and cheese. Cover with foil and set in refrigerator overnight.

For breakfast, preheat oven to 325º, bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

This is perfect for overnight company because it is ready to bake and serve in the morning; and it is a nice warm breakfast. Serve with sliced oranges or other fruit.
