Directions:
I set out the 5 1/3 T. of the butter for several hours ahead or overnight for room temperature. The bread does better if you don't microwave the butter. Mix together part one. Blend with a mixer part two. Add part three to part two. Blend in Part one. Stir in 1/2 c. of walnuts. Pour into a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour 350º. Put a toothpick or knife into the center, when it comes out clean it's done.
Let stand for 10 minutes
Turn over onto a rack to cool.
