1 ˝ lb ground beef
1 lg onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 14 ˝ oz cans stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger in large heavy bottomed pot, then drain off fat. Add the onion, green pepper and garlic and sauté until tender. Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, seasonings and water. Simmer for 30 minutes let cool. The sauce will keep for several days covered and refrigerated. Serve with spaghetti or your favorite pasta.

This sauce has so much flavor. It is one of Scotts favorite sauces and we do freeze half as it makes a large batch. Shelly
