1 container chicken broth in a large soup pot
1 equal amount of water
1 package lean beef chunks
Cook on medium until beef is browned

Add:
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Provence seasoning
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice
1 can green peas w/juice
1 can green beans w/ juice
1 can butter beans w/ juice
1 medium chopped onion
several sliced carrots
several sliced celery stalks
1 or two chopped potatoes
¼ head shredded cabbage

Cover and cook on medium low for 2 hours
Stir occasionally and add salt/pepper to taste

Cook the meat in the broth before you add spices and veggies. Stir occasionally and add additional salt and black pepper as needed.
