1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
6 c. Bisquik
3 c. Shredded Mexican Cheese
2 cans cheddar cheese soup or fiesta cheese soup
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage (easier to do 1 lb. at a time), drain and cool.
Combine sausage, Bisquik, and shredded cheese in large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Stir together the soup and water and add that to the sausage mixture.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans.
Bake at 375 degrees 20-30 minutes.

This is adapted from Betty Dillashaw's recipe. My family loves them and they are much easier to make than sausage balls!
I have also made them with Gluten free Bisquik and they were not as good, but ok.
