1 box Duncan Hines Fudge Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Cake:
Beat eggs, stir in cake mix, stir in pie filling. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated 325º oven for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:
Boil sugar, butter and milk for 1 minute. Beat in chocolate chips and spread over warm cake.
