2 lb. ground beef
2 c. (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. onions
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12 oz.) tortillas

Directions:

Brown the ground beef, drain.

Mix together: tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/2 c. water, onions, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Place rounded teaspoon of each meat, sauce and cheese on each tortilla; roll up tightly and place seam side down in 9x13 baking dish.

Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 375º for 25 minutes.
