8 slices bread- cubed, crust removed
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs. breakfast sausage
2 1/4c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. (1 can) cr. of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed bread in 9x13 pan
Sprinkle cheese on top
Cook sausage; cool and cut up; put on top of bread and cheese
Beat eggs- add 2 1/4c. milk and dry mustard.
Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight
When ready to cook, mix 1/2 c. cr. of mushroom soup with 1/2 c. milk. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 1/2 hr. @ 325 degrees.
