2 Pkgs Lady Fingers
6 egg whites
1 pkg. semisweet choc. chips
1 1/2 pints heavy or whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbs. sugar
choc. bar for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Line spring form pan with lady fingers on sides and bottom. Melt choc. chips in a double-boiler. Set aside to cool some. Beat 1 pint of the heavy cream and set aside. Separate the 6 eggs and beat whites until fluffy. Gently mix cream and egg mixture into cooled choc. chip mix by scraping side (folding) into center. Pour mixture into prepared pan leaving for at the top for whipped cream.
Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla. When mousse is set, add cream to the top. Shave choc. on to and enjoy!
