1 16 oz bag of cabbage – 7-8 Cups finely chopped
1 carrot, shredded
2 Tbsp onion, minced
1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbls sugar
1/8 tsp pepper

Additional Ingredients to make Smokin Slaw (Glenwood Springs - Smoke BBQ
chopped tomatoes
chopped green onion
pepitas
crunchy tortilla strips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. Add it to the cabbage, carrot, & onion, mix well. Cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Smokin Slaw - The best slaw we've ever had at Glenwood Springs most amazing BBQ restaurant. I don't know measurements yet. I just know the added ingredients but I think the slaw dressing is the same.

I always by the bagged cabbage because it's a pretty fine shred which is the way I prefer my coleslaw. Not all coleslaws are good but this is delicious.
