Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Rosemary Hobbs is a golfing friend who, along with her husband, Doug, have a home in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Every time we get together for golf she brings this dip and we begged and begged for her recipe. After several years, she finally gave it to us. She put us off until she felt guilty and was afraid we wouldn’t play golf with her anymore!
