1- 14 oz. bag Kraft caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk in pan. Cook on low until caramels melt; set aside. Combine cake mix, margarine and rest of milk; mix until like dough; add nuts. Press half of dough into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 6 minutes in preheated 350º oven. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Add caramel mixture; top with rest of dough. Bake another 18-20 minutes. Cool at least 2 hours before cutting.
