Combine:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1- 3 oz. lemon Jello
Add:
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- juice of 2 lemons (about 4 tbsp.)

Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Bake in 10-inch stem/Bundt pan in a preheated 235º oven for about 1 hour. Test doneness with toothpick. Remove from oven; immediately pour over glaze. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
