Mix:
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. chopped pears (or apples)
Mix:
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour into greased pan; put wax paper in bottom of pan. Recipe makes 2 medium loafs. Bake in preheated 325º oven for 40 minutes; then reduce heat to 300º and bake 15 more minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick
