1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. room temperature water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugar; pour hot water over mixture. Dissolve yeast in room temperature water; let yeast sit on top of water; do not stir. Mix into Crisco mixture; add egg, salt and flour. Refrigerate overnight. Work down dough on floured surface, roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut out rolls. Dip in melted butter; fold over with buttered side in. Put in buttered cake pan and brush top with remaining butter. Cover with clean dish towel and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Bake in preheated 400º oven for 8-10 minutes.
