1 tsp honey
2 Tbsp yeast

3 1/2 cups warm water ( I use 1/2 milk 1/2 water)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
2Tbsp lemon juice
4 tsp salt
2 cups Rogers 9 Grain (I have used red river cereal)
9-10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Measure warm water into a large mixing bowl; add honey, oil, lemon juice and salt. Add yeast mixture and mix well. Stir in the 9 grain and some flour to make soft dough.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead 10-15 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. Form dough into ball and put it into greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise 50 minutes or until double. Punch down and leave for 20 minutes.
Form into loaves put into pans and grease the tops. Cover and let rise 50-60 minutes. Bake in a 375º oven 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use my Bosch you could use Kitchen Aid. So when I knead the dough it is for 8 minutes instead of by hand for 15 minutes.
