2 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
Microwave 4 minutes.

Add: 1/2 cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp salt
Beat with fork

In small bowl dissolve:
2 Tbsp yeast
1/2 cup hot tap water
1 tbsp sugar
Let this rise 10 minutes.

Using mixer such as a Bosch or kitchen aid:
Add milk mixture together with risen yeast.
Add approx. 6 cups flour.
Mix using dough hook until dough comes away from sides of bowl.
Knead 5 minutes using mixer.
Remove and place in oiled bowl, cover and let rise until double in size.
Soften 1/2 cup butter and spread on dough.
Cover with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll and cut into crooks.
Place in buttered pan.
Pour 3/4 to a cup of heavy cream over buns.
Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
Some dot each bun with corn syrup and then put cream over.

These are very large buns so I tend to cut dough in half and roll out, so buns are smaller.
