1 cup (6oz) chocolate bits
4 tbsp butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk

melt bits and butter, over hot water, remove from heat and gradually, beat in powdered sugar and milk, when smooth and creamy, stir in vanilla and salt, spread on cake
