3/4 cup hersey's cocoa
1/2 cup butter or oleo
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
mix sugar and cocoa, cream part of sugar, cocoa mixture with butter, blend in vanilla and 1/2 of milk, add remaining sugar, cocoa mixture and blend well, add remaining milk and beat to desired texture, additional milk may be added if required
