Lutefisk
Water
Salt

Melted Butter
White Sauce (make a sauce from flour, butter, milk, salt and pepper)

Directions:
Rinse Lutefisk in fresh water. Put Lutefisk in kettle, fill with salt water solution 1/4 cup salt to 1 Qt water. Bring to a boil then remove from burner and skim off foam that appears. Let stand 5-10 minutes until fish is flakey. Serve immediately with melted butter and white sauce.
