Cake:
2 c four
¼ c cocoa
2 t baking powder
¾ c boiling water
¼ c instant coffee
2 c sugar
1 c oil 4 eggs
2 t vanilla sugar

Glaze:
1 t instant coffee
1 t hot water
1 c confectioners sugar
3 T oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 – liberally grease a 12 c bunt pan

Mix flour cocoa and baking powder
Mix water coffee sugar and oil – mix well until coffee and sugar are dissolved. Add eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix well. Add the flour mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pan

Bake for 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove cake from pan and let cool completely on wire rack

Whisk coffee and hot water in a small bowl. Add confections sugar and oil and mix until smooth. If glaze is too thick then slowly add more water, about an 1/8 of a cup at a time. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
