1 c pecans, chopped
3 T white sugar
½ c butter, melted
1 c flour
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
2 cups whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
shaved chocolate, optional
chopped pecans, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9" x13" baking dish. Use mixer to combine butter, sugar, flour and pecans. Press mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool. Prepare vanilla pudding and chocolate pudding according to instructions on packages. In mixing bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Mix until light and fluffy. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust. Spread chocolate pudding cream cheese mixture, then spread vanilla pudding. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or pecans. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
