1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
5 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. powder
1 T sour milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

FILLING:
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, margarine and eggs. Add dry ingredients, sour milk and vanilla. Chill dough while you make the filling. Roll cookie dough out on a floured board until very thin. Cut circles, and spoon 1/2 tsp of filling on bottom circle. Cover with another circle of cookie dough and pinch edges together. Bake 350º until just brown at the edges. Store in a airtight container.
