4 links Andouille sausage, slpit and fried
2- 6 inch loaves French bread, split, buttered, and toasted
pickles
shredded lettuce
Tomato
salt and pepper

Aioli Sauce:
4 egg yolks
salt
juice from one lemon
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
1 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
In blender or Ninja type mixer, blend egg yolks, pinch of salt, lemon juice, garlic, and hot sauce. Slowly add canola oil. Blend until thick and creamy.
Assemble sandwich: bread, pickles, lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper to taste, Aioli sauce, and sausage. Top with bread and enjoy.
