1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 green bell pepper, minced
1 red bell pepper, minced
1 c. sugar
3/4 c white vinegar
3/4 c vegetable oi
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 medium onion, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, red pepper,green pepper and onions in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and turmeric in a small pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage.
Refrigerate. Best if made at least a day before serving.
Serve chilled.
