3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup margarine
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup broken California walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream and margarine in a medium-sized pan. Bring to a boil, and cook until the mixture reaches 235º (soft ball stage), stirring occasionally. Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in cinnamon and walnuts. Beat the candy until it begins to thicken. Then drop by level teaspoonful onto waxed paper, and let the pralines stand in a cool place until form. Makes about 3 dozen 2-inch pralines. Make ahead and store for Christmas.
