Ingredients:  
Salad;
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 cans small or medium shrimp
2-3 stalks celery
1 bunch scallions (green onions)
Pepper to taste

Dressing:
Approximately 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Approximately 1/4 cup cider vinegar to taste
1-2 +/- tbsp milk
1-2 +/- tsp sugar to taste

Directions:

1. Chop celery and onion
2. Rinse and dry lettuce, tear into bite sized pieces
3. Rinse and drain shrimp
4. Combine all
5. Whisk all dressing ingredients together and refrigerate
6. Lightly dress salad just before serving
