Cake:
• 1 box instant Pistachio Pudding
• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 cup canola oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup 7-up (or lime soda)
• ½ cup chopped pecans (or pistachios)
Frosting:
• 1 box instant Pistachio Pudding
• 1 ¼ cup milk
• 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
• ¼ cup chopped pecans (or pistachios)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Follow directions as indicated on cake box. Mix in above ingredients and bake in 9”x13” pan, at 350°F as directed.

Prepare and apply frosting:
Combine pudding mix and milk, beat until uniform. Fold in cool whip. Let stand for 1-2 hours.
Apply frosting and garnish with chopped nuts, after cake has cooled. Refrigerate before serving.
